In the words of famed television host Ed Sullivan, it’s going to be a really big show.
The 2010 Street of Affordable Homes, that is, coming soon to The Parks neighborhood in Forest Grove.
Four home builders – J.T. Roth Construction, Skyline Homes and Design, Stone Bridge Homes NW and Westland Industries – will do their best to “wow” visitors with six unique homes ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 3,500 square feet.
All of them are priced under $375,000.
Opening July 8 and continuing through July 25, the Street of Affordable Homes will spotlight Forest Grove, known for its rural feel and friendly atmosphere, during the two-week show.
The Parks development is situated within walking distance of Lincoln Park and Thatcher Park. Pacific University is less than a couple miles away, and the community’s downtown – including an art gallery, restaurants and shopping – are close by as well.
The News-Times will publish a special insert about the show in its July 7 issue, including directions, admission prices and other details.
